How do booking and approvals work?
Travellers plan and book flights and hotels in one conversation with Go Globie. You choose whether every trip or only trips outside your travel policy need approval, and each request goes to the traveller's approver with the reason and the cost.
Can we use the travel policy we already have?
Yes. Enter its limits for cabin class, flight and hotel prices and booking ahead, and add your own guidelines. Each limit can be a preference to flag or a rule to enforce.
How do we track travel expenses and spend?
Every trip appears in one dashboard as it is booked. Finance sees live spend by trip, traveller and month, with budgets in your own currency.
Does Go Globie work with our accounting software?
Yes. Receipts are sent to your accounting tool, with more connections to follow.
What does Go Globie cost for a small team?
Starter is free, with no card and no time limit. Growth is €299 a month for up to 50 travellers, or €2,990 a year, plus 2.5% per booked trip, never more than €35. Each further 50 travellers adds €99 a month, and monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
How are invoices and VAT handled?
You get one invoice from Go Globie for your subscription and booking fees. Our prices are in euro and exclude VAT. How the trips themselves are paid for is agreed with you when we set up your company account.
What happens when someone books outside policy?
Options that break a rule are never offered. Options that break a preference are marked out of policy on the card, with the reason, so the traveller can choose with eyes open.
Do you add markups to flights or hotels?
No. You pay the provider's price. We charge a subscription and a booking fee on each booked trip. Hotels may also pay us a commission, which never changes the price you pay.
How do you handle data security and GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU, used only to manage your travel and never sold. Enterprise plans add a security pack and a data processing agreement.
How long does it take to get started?
The demo takes 20 minutes. After it we set up your company account with you, you invite your travellers and set your travel policy, and Go Globie runs it from there. No one on your side needs to run it.
Can we set different policies for different employees?
Today each company has one travel policy, which applies to every traveller. If you need different rules for different groups, tell us in the demo.
What happens if a flight is cancelled or delayed?
Go Globie flags delays and cancellations and shows rebooking options. Real people help in Danish and English, in the app and by phone.
