How much can we save?
It depends on how your company travels today. Starter shows an estimate of the saving from your own trips, and every booking shows the cheaper option.
How do you make money?
From a subscription and a booking fee on each booked trip. We add no markup to flights or hotels. Hotels may also pay us a commission, which never changes the price you pay.
Are there any markups on flights or hotels?
No. You pay the provider's price. Go Globie charges a transparent subscription and booking fee.
Can we use the travel policy we already have?
Yes. Enter its limits for cabin class, flight and hotel prices and booking ahead, and add your own guidelines. Each limit can be a preference to flag or a rule to enforce.
What happens when someone books outside policy?
Options that break a rule are never offered. Options that break a preference are marked out of policy on the card, with the reason, so the traveller can choose with eyes open.
How are payments and invoices handled?
You get an invoice from Go Globie for your subscription and booking fees. How trips themselves are paid for is agreed with you when we set up your company account.
Do we need someone to set up and run this?
No. After a short demo we set up your company account with you. You invite your travellers and set your travel policy, and Go Globie runs it from there.
Can we set different policies for different employees?
Today each company has one travel policy, which applies to every traveller. If you need different rules for different groups, tell us in the demo.
How do you find the best fare?
We search every connected provider for each trip and show the best available option that fits your policy and the traveller.
Can we export travel spend to our accounting system?
Yes. Receipts go to your accounting tool, with more connections to follow.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. We use it only to manage your travel, and we never sell it.
What happens if a flight is cancelled or delayed?
Go Globie flags delays and cancellations and shows rebooking options. Real people help in Danish and English, in the app and by phone.
